TRAINING COURSE

GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING COURSE:
• to offer learning opportunities to sport young people from local and migrant origins that would increase their job future opportunities in the field of sport and youth work.
• to discover all aspects related to social inclusion and sport in order to develop their own program at a local level
• to know the theoretical background of inclusion and sport
• to take care about the local reality in order to guarantee the sustainability of the activity
• to know and practice the values related to sport
• to know and practice how the coach can act
• to know and practice how to organize a sport and educational activities
• to share and discuss practical experiences in the field of social inclusion, specifically aiming towards singling out the best methods, tools and competencies required for the social integration and inclusion of refugee asylum seekers and other socially vulnerable groups
• to deliver knowledge from the 2 sport trainers and 2 youth workers to the participants in the local course
• to discuss problems, to share ideas amongst the participant
