 ASSOCIATION FOOTURA DEVELOPS SPORT AND SPORTS CULTURE. ASSOCIATION FOOTURA PROMOTES VARIOUS SPORTS AND STIMULATES THE SPREAD OF SPORTS CULTURE AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, ESPECIALLY AMONG ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
IN THIS REGARD, WE HAVE SOME KEY SOCIALLY SIGNIFICANT INITIATIVES AND CAUSES

– “Sports Charity League (SCL) – Sport care and 2nd Chance for disadvantaged youths”– combines free sports activities for children and adolescents (including trainings, instructions, tournaments, etc.) and charitable tournaments for amateurs, by which we raise additional funds for various social causes. Sports Charity League is designed not only as a sport competition, but also as a social activity of Footura aiming to promote healthy lifestyle, social inclusion and equality, prevention of addictions, etc. As of today, SCL covers 5 different sports – football, tennis, table tennis, table soccer and field hockey
– Sports charity fund – a fund to support domestic and external concrete sports events with social, charity and health & sport promotion goals
– Continuation of the student contest „Me and sport“ for best essay, video and photo  
– Scholarships for sports talents – monthly financial and organizational support for sports talents in the age group 8-16 years
– A public campaign to promote sports and healthy lifestyles – online (in our and our partners’ sites, Facebook, etc., including advertising campaigns in Facebook and Google) and offline campaigns (public events, dissemination of materials promoting charitable sports lotteries with awards, etc.) to further develop the sports culture in a way it provides new opportunities for children and youths. These campaigns are unified under the motto „Sport is fashionable“
– Strengthening our researches on sport and health – we have already realized some initiatives in this direction that resulted in the design, dissemination, and collection of questionnaires (with further analysis of the data and the results) aimed at children and youths, sports clubs and organizations. We have also scrutinized numerous Bulgarian and foreign scientific researches concerning healthy practices for children and young people and elaborated a database with the most important studies. The results of our work have been communicated with the public through participation in different conferences, seminars, and discussions in Bulgaria and abroad
– Open Sport & Youth office in “Student City” (Sofia) – aimed at supporting and motivating students, as well as developing their personal and professional abilities – we offer: a platform for communications, sharing ideas and research proposals; different type of trainings; help for employment; help for financing activities related to sports; information resources; opportunities for the interested youths to engage in ours and our partners’ projects and become ambassadors of our social causes, etc.
– Project capacity – In the International and Bulgarian projects that we apply and participate often it is required to have own co-financing. Separately – often – work carried out in the preliminary stage of projects requires own investments. All of our projects are with social, motivational and health practices for children, adolescents and amateur-based sport.
– Sending youths to exchanged, festivals, workshops and more – with sports and healthy purposes

THE BEGINNING…

• The Beginning – sports activities, charity, social commitment. Footura Association organized several charity tournament in 2013 2014 2015 years –  See more  – as directly and indirectly we contributed to the personal causes behind these events. Separately we made several donations of clothing, belongings and money to institutions and individuals in need, we participated with our teams in tournaments for charity and social purpose. We believe that everyone should have a sense of personal social responsibility – modeled on corporate social responsibility, development of which will help to many people in need and will ennoble our society as a whole. Moreover, this applies to non-profit organizations – we must be an example of socially responsible behavior and support to people in need! Accordingly, we offer a way in which every person, every company and every sports organization can express a personal and public position and support – through sport!
• Sports events that we organize are with demonstrative, competitive, seminars and charitable nature. So far we organized such events in the following sports in Sofia city анд surroundings, Varna city, Elhovo town, Kubrat city – Tennis, Table tennis, minifootball, Football couples, Hockey, Table soccer, etc. In our tournaments so far were directly involved over 550 children / adolescents and more than 2,500 amateur athletes.
  In this way it began to appear Footura Charity League as a ring and sense about each of our sport event. Footura Charity League is a project with several sports that combines sports competition and fair play, support for the cause and formation of social and responsible attitudes and model among all participants – organizers, players, users, viewers.

  – an unique scoring system that takes into account the coefficient of efficiency, fair play, etc.
  – comfortable and flexible program for the participants in the League
  – opportunity for challenges against opponents – eg. new participant or participant with less points defies one with more and the bet is 50% of current points earned
  – invitation and inclusion of participants from Dormitories for children without parents, from minority groups, from different ethnic and social groups, people with physical disabilities.

• Strategy – Sport as a social tool
  One of our main goals is to create sustainable sports schools and clubs to the Association in various sports – mainly with social and public-significant trend (prevention against various dependencies, risks, unhealthy lifestyles, social exclusion and etc.) in the following sports: football, tennis, table tennis and field hockey. We wish to provide the best conditions – in order to engage children and adolescents from all social stratums – for training and competitive process of girls, boys and amateurs (men and women) in these sports, and in the longer term – career opportunities in sport!
• How Sports Charity League contributing to society?
  Money from the fund will be donated to people / organizations in need, individuals (especially children) with certain talents in sports and / or to support of their physical development, their active lifestyle, social inclusion, opportunities for sporting events, enabling access to various sports facilities, hiring of coaches (trainers), ensuring participation in tournaments, samples, camps and more.

Here is a list of our tournaments since 2013 – tournaments and initiatives for children, youths and amateur players

Through charity tournaments – we helped: the first took place on the eve of the national holiday March 3 (2014) and it was conducted with great interest from participants and audiences. Then we helped the 9-year-old Joana Yordanova from the town of Novi Iskar. The tournament was attended by veterans of the „Levski“, „Telegraph“, „Tangra“ – a participant of the World Cup for the homeless, „Team of the heart“ with the special participation of Leo Bianchi, Patco of Galabovo, Spence, The Game, Orlin Pavlov, a group of „Scandal“, DJ Doncho, Miro from Big Brother, „Asen and friends,“Hebar“, „Metal Constructions“, „Winner 2014“, „Lions“, „Trakia“ and „Phoenix.“ The second tournament took place on 5 May and was aimed at raising funds for the treatment and recovery of 17-year-old Elitsa Vladislavova Hristova from Vakarel. The girl suffers from Aplastic anemia. The tournament was launched teams of „Telegraph“, „Tables“, „El Phenomenon“ led by cult coach Victor Tsvetanov – Jason Statham, „Hebar“, „Metal constructions“, reinforced by most Popular Italian in Bulgaria – Leo Bianchi, „Lokomotiv“ (Vakarel) and „Sicks.“ Then on 12 July 9 teams took part in the charity event „Supporting Kristian“ – teams of „Telegraph – Turbo“, „Levski“ (Zaimov), 5th Police department, „Legia“, “ Phoenix „,“ Sport Mladost.com „,“ Buildcom „and“ Stone Computers“. All they delivered incomparable emotions of the audience that filled the complex and park on a sunny day. We continued to fall charity event in support of the 26-year-old Natalia Veleva. Then we made a tournament for small Radoslav from Burgas. After this tournament we did more charity tournaments for Sylvia Petrova, small Gyotenov George, Iva Dimitrova, George from Plovdid, FC Druzjba, hospital „St. Sofia“, etc.  See information about all charity tournaments of Association Footura
